Billing
- Our team will be in touch within one business day after you submit the registration form to setup your subscription and payment information.
- You may choose a quarterly, bi-annual, or annual payment cycle.
- After initial setup, renewal billing occurs automatically until you end your group's subscription.
- If you grow beyond the number of people covered in your tier, we’ll reach out to arrange a pro-rated upgrade.
This opportunity is new
Our rates may change over time. We offer two guarantees:
- If our rates increase, you’ll be grandfathered in at the rate you start at, for as long as you continue to renew your enterprise membership.
- If a rate decreases for the tier you currently subscribe at, we’ll notify you and offer a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the year.
