THURSDAY, DECEMBER 5 

Winternational Embassy Showcase 2024  

Enjoy a cultural journey without leaving the city! Representatives from over 60 embassies will present a vibrant mix of interactive art displays, mouthwatering cuisine, and handcrafted goods. Shop for treasures like Peruvian jewelry, hand-carved Kenyan sculptures, and embroidered textiles, or savor global flavors with Turkish coffee, Uzbek plov, and Moldovan cookies. FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6

A Very Improv Holiday: White Elephant Blitz  

Prepare for a whirlwind of holiday-themed comedy with the Washington Improv Theater’s hilarious ensemble of improvisers. From whimsical Sugarplum Fairies to zany Santa’s Elves, this show will weave audience suggestions into quirky holiday adventures. SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7

Holiday Boat Ride & Parade at the Wharf 

Celebrate the season on the waterfront as 60+ boats decked in twinkling lights cruise the Washington Channel. This free event also features hot drinks, live music, ornament crafting, holiday karaoke, fireworks, and a visit from Santa himself. End the evening with a dazzling fireworks display over the water. We Go On Tour: An Experience From Grief to Hope
